My property is a residential building with 12 suites (just like a hotel or inn, BUT, it is neither a hotel nor an inn, it is a furnished property that I rent in the seasonal mode) where you have a bedroom (with 1 double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, television, table and chairs for meals), a small kitchen (with minibar, microwave and basic household utensils) and a bathroom just for you. The suite accommodates up to 2 people comfortably. It does not have parking and Wi-Fi 500mbps, Other things to note *Considering that our service is only to rent the furnished property, we do not provide any kind of food, cleaning or hygiene products, nor do we perform daily cleaning inside the property. We offer simple bed and bath linens for use, but if you prefer, you can bring your own. *About visits: It is already described in the announcement that it is forbidden to receive visitors (any visit), so every person who enters the property will be considered a guest and there will be a full charge (for all days of the reservation). *About the cleaning fee: The cleaning fee charged is for "cleaning" the property. If it is very dirty, an additional charge will be made for "cleaning." *About Early Check-in or Late Check-out: Early check-in or late check-out will depend on whether there is a guest checking out or checking in on the day of your check-in/check-out, as well as the availability of the daily housekeeper. *There are steps leading up to the house. *Your pet is welcome but a fine (in the amount of the stay) will be applied if it relieves itself in the outdoor area.
