The space On the main level there is a Living Room, a Kitchen with Dining table, a laundry area with stackable Washer & Dryer, Bedroom 1 with King Bed, Bedroom 2 with Queen Bed, and separate Full Bath. On the second level there is an open Loft with two Twin beds and a separate Full Bath. Guest access Guests may access the home, the yard and all public areas (playground, public docks, game areas, public fire pit and picnic areas and the non-motorized lake). Other things to note The Retreat at Waters Edge is a gated community. Code for the gate will be provided 2 days prior to check-in. The gate has had some issues that are being addressed and the gate may be open at times.
