Great for families with children, as we have our own private fenced outdoor area with great playground equipment. Outdoor toys for use in the sandbox are in the shed by the front door. Parking. (Access to electric car charger by appointment) Less than 2 km to the nearest store, 3 km to the city center. Walking distance to Steinkjerhallen/sports facilities and Midjo Golf Course. The space Especially well suited for families with children as we have a fenced area in the garden with great playground equipment. (The playground in the fenced garden must be shared with our grandchildren when they are visiting from time to time.) Safe and quiet residential area with people of all ages living in the area around the rental. Guest access You can of course use the entire apartment, as well as the fenced outdoor area with playground equipment outside. The garden is safe for children, as it is fenced.
