Our apartment 51 is one of those that makes you not want to leave! It is a 3-minute walk from the beach, which is 350 meters away. In addition to all the leisure that the building offers, such as 3 barbecues, a game room, swimming pool, a well-planted garden, the apartment has a nice view of the beach and the mountains, is well ventilated, with the kitchen and living room integrated by a counter that makes everything very cozy, with 2 large bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom. Come feel this peace and enjoy your stay! ❤️ The space We have wifi that works great,and the kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils for guests. We are less than 350 meters from 2 of the most beautiful beaches, Massaguaçu and Cocanha, we are between the two, with Cocanha being the best for children. Also 200 meters away is the neighborhood with markets, pharmacy, UPA, LAN house and everything you need. The rooms are spacious, with one having a double bed and the other having 2 bunk beds, we have 1 more loose mattress for an extra guest. We provide pillows, bring your own bed linen and towels. The living room is a comfortable size, and what separates the kitchen is a counter with stools that's perfect for fraternizing. Guest access Full access to the game room and barbecues,but to use the barbecues you need to notify the caretaker in high season and holidays. The pool is also available to guests, where there is a covered area with tables and chairs.
