The space The house is composed of 4 large rooms, all exterior and with lots of light, it is decorated with magic, each of its corners will surprise you. We've made sure you feel at home, offering personal touches at their best. The garden, with its swimming pool and summer dining room, will make you enjoy great moments and create unforgettable memories. You also have a large game room and swings for the little ones. To finish surprising you, you also have a large outdoor sports court. I'm sure that in this house, you will spend an indescribable vacation and with total privacy... Guest access The entire house, as well as the outdoor area, pool, swings, game room, summer dining room and barbecue is only for you and your companions, family or friends. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Groups of people under 30 years of age should check before booking. - A deposit of 100 euros per person will be charged to groups under 30 years of age to ensure the care of the house and good attitude inside. It will be returned upon departure. -In Catalonia there is an obligation to register tourists and a tourist tax of one euro per person per night. - Keep noise down after 9 P.M. out of respect for the neighbors. - If you rent my property, you must keep in mind that PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED and that in case of non-compliance, the reservation will be canceled immediately without the right to a refund. - It is totally forbidden to use the indoor fireplace. - Upon arrival, the house will be prepared and equipped with great detail, take care of it as if it were your own.
