The house is conveniently located, offering a quiet escape while still being 30 minutes by car close to the center of Athens and only a 40 minute drive from Athens Airport. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and other shops are just a quick 15 minute drive away. Other things to note Please note that the villa offers distinct spaces for both guests and the host. The ground floor is designated for the host's residence, ensuring their availability for any assistance needed. Meanwhile, the first and second floors are exclusively dedicated to guests, providing privacy and comfort. Don't worry, your privacy is important, and the host will be there for any questions or assistance without causing any disruption. We have friendly cats and one lovely dog Loki that live freely in our garden. Please note that our villa is not recommended for guests with mobility needs, as there may be stairs or other accessibility challenges.
