Discover our chalet in Haute Nendaz in the antenna district, renovated in 23-24 to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. Quiet neighborhood, mountain views, sunny all day. 3 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine (extra bed for 2), 2 bathrooms/toilets, large living room with fireplace. Resort center 10 minutes walk or shuttle 200 m from the chalet, every 20 minutes in winter. Easy access all year round by car. In summer, quick access to all hiking trails. The space Our cottage is located in the quiet and privileged area of the antenna. This cottage area is one of the few in Nendaz to be sunny in summer and winter, while being close to the center. Our chalet was completely renovated in 2023/2024. Easy access with 2 outdoor parking spaces available at the foot of the chalet, as well as a 3rd 50 m from the chalet. The ski slopes/resort center are within walking distance (10 min) or by free shuttle located 200 m from the chalet. The chalet has 120 m2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as a TV area on the mezzanine with extra beds. There is also a large living area with fully equipped open kitchen, dining area and cozy living room with fireplace. Outside, you'll have access to a flat garden of about 200 m2 and a large terrace-balcony of 30 m2. Accommodation: Main Floor: Large room with ski-room, equipped with a ski-boot dryer and ski-rack. Direct access from this room to the living space: 3 bedrooms containing a 160 cm bed (possibility of making 2 80 cm beds), bathroom with bathtub/toilet, washing machine, dryer. 1st floor: Fully equipped kitchen (conventional/steam oven, Nespresso coffee machine, large refrigerator + freezer, toaster, kettle etc.) overlooking large living/dining room (cathedral ceiling) with fireplace. Direct access to the large south-facing terrace, sunny throughout the year, equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture and table for 8 people. Bathroom with shower/toilet. Second entrance with airlock overlooking small terrace. Mezzanine: 2 extra beds (2 sofa beds) + TV From the chalet, you can access the 4 Valleys area (Verbier, Veysonnaz, Nendaz, Thyon), a shuttle is a 2-minute walk from the chalet (it passes every 20 minutes in high season), the trip takes about 5 minutes. For the bravest you can be at the foot of the slopes in about 15 minutes, there is the possibility to rent ski lockers at the foot of the cabins. Otherwise, there is parking at the foot of the cabins, which costs 5 CHF/day. You'll also have the opportunity to enjoy a spa within the resort with indoor/outdoor pool (accessible to adults and children), ice rink in winter, climbing wall and much more. Other things to note The maximum capacity of 8 people includes children under 3 years old who are considered full travelers.
