A healing space full of the scent of history and culture wherever you step, this is MINNIM STAY3 located in Seongbok-dong Culture and Arts Street. It is located 3-5 minutes from Hanseongdae Station, so it has excellent accessibility and is equipped with various amenities. MINNIM STAY3 is the perfect space for those who need a comfortable and travel-like experience even if they come alone. Accommodation is limited to a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 2 people. It is a suitable space for one person to stay alone, and long-term stays are welcome. Other precautions -Artist works are installed throughout the property. I would appreciate it if you could appreciate the works I personally own. - Shoes are not allowed inside the house. -Please refrain from cooking fish and meat in the room. -Please refrain from doing anything that may disturb the residents as it is located in a quiet village. -In case of damage to the item, a recovery fee will be charged. The space - No smoking inside the building. -There is a small smoking area in front of the door. Please use it cleanly when smoking. Guest access Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Other things to note Please respect them. -Please bring your valuables with you when you go out. -Please change the boiler status to 'Out' when going out. -Please refrain from cooking fish and meat in the room. -Please refrain from relocating beds and furniture. In case of damage, recovery costs will be charged. **If there are damaged items (wine glasses, bowls, electronic products, etc.), you may receive a request for damages.
