Family house located in a small village 10 minutes from Vitry le François, 30 minutes from Lac du Der, 20 minutes from Saint Dizier, 30 minutes from Chalons en Champagne, 1 hour from Reims and Troyes. Quiet, with a large lot. The house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people (spread over the 3 bedrooms, we have 2 adult beds, 1 baby bed, 1 umbrella bed, 2 children's beds, 1 mattress 1 place, 1 sofa bed). Fully equipped house, + internet, TV, children's games, board games, books... The space On the ground floor: a main living room of 50 m2 with fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and office area. Hallway (with coat rack and storage) serving a toilet, laundry room and bathroom. Upstairs: a hallway serving 3 bedrooms, an office and a large bathroom. Outside: a 2000 m2 enclosed plot with barbecue, garden dining room, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols, and children's games (swing, slide, huts...) From May to September, an intex spa is also available in the garden. Guest access The entire house as well as the garden are available Other things to note * This is our main home, we ask that you respect the premises during your stay. * Wood-burning stove heating * The garden (enclosed) overlooks a stable with 3 horses. * House built in 1860, with its flaws (squeaky parquet for example, no shutters: thick curtains in the bedrooms)
