Original wood floors throughout that have recently been restored. Original black and white tile in one of hallway bathrooms. Updated tile in the kitchen and laundry space. Newer windows. Central heat and air. There’s 3 bedrooms. Each room has a private lock, bed, tv, dresser, closet, and blackout cellular shades. There’s two ‘shared’ bathrooms. Cute front porch and backyard that are maintained professionally. Guest access Bedrooms are private. The family room, dining room, kitchen and laundry are shared spaces and should be kept tidy. Please be respectful of your roommates. During your stay Personal cell phone will be provided for questions and emergencies. Other things to note This property is meant to be a ‘medical dorm.’
