Dona Iracy's Solar Farm

This unique place has its own style. It's our vacation home in southern Minas. We have the families of both my father and mother there. It is located in the historic center, on the street of Praça da Caridade, the square where the shows take place. The house is representative of the 1960s and restored within the architectural standards of the time. We've added contemporary items to provide greater comfort for guests. Amazing house for families. Orchard of fruit trees, jabuticabeira, orange and pear trees. Oxygen reigns! The space The house is super spacious, well ventilated, with a great setback from the street. For those who stay, it's like being on a farm. Tranquility is what we offer. Noises from the woods and birdsong. Visitors? Hummingbirds, toucans, parrots, peacocks and parrots. Solar da Dona Iracy is in the historic center on one of the most beautiful streets in Perdões, which provides access to the Largo da Matriz. The street "Dr. Cristino Pereira dos Santos" is the street where the Holy Week and Corpus Christi processions pass in Perdões. The house has a privileged construction, very large rooms and a ceiling height of 3.20 meters. It's from a time when there were no fans or air conditioning. The largest front room even has a bay window, there are 4 shutter windows and some have up to 4 flags. We have 2 combined rooms, 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, 1 large bathroom and 1 kitchen that has a good concrete countertop and 1 6-burner stove, plus the pantry. The view of the gardens and the vegetable garden is common to several environments. Oh!... there is an amazing garden with old fruit trees such as jabuticabeiras, persimmon, orange, mango and even pear trees and others. Next to the kitchen, there is a vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables and various herbs.
