*Forget your worries in this single level, spacious and quiet space *This unit is behind the main house yet we can't see you and you can't see us. *No shared walls and no stairs makes this a plus. *It's quiet and has everything you need to come home and comfortably recharge. *From the private patio and entrance to the California king size bed, this room will not disappoint. *Stream for free on your 65" TV. *UTILITIES INCLUDED The space *Upon entering your private well-lit gated entrance you will find your furnished patio and well-lit front door. Patio is landscaped with unique cacti, lava rock and Dracaena Marginata. Here you also have an easy to use fire pit at your disposal. Operating instructions found in photos. *Directly behind your door is a wardrobe with a garment rod and drawers for organizing all your clothing/shoes, etc. Iron and ironing board for your convenience as well. *The first room inside the unit is your private bathroom with window, vaulted ceiling and tub/shower combo. *Upon entering the unit, to the right will be a large, open room with vaulted ceiling and multiple windows allowing in tons of light. Blinds included for privacy. *You will find a 65" mounted smart TV, buffet table with storage and coffee maker, freezer/fridge combo and air fryer/oven combo. *On the opposite side of the room is a California king size bed for a best nights sleep. Nightstand and lamp with usb port in front of your bedside window. *The unit also features a dedicated AC/heat unit and a dining table for two. All the dishes/utensils you may need are included. *You will find simple warm decor in this unit including a large mirror and a wooden shelf with bag/hat hooks. Guest access *The entire room and full bathroom is yours alone. *You also have a private patio with fire pit to yourself. *The only shared space is the laundry room which is in the garage. *You will not need to access main house to utilize the laundry room. Other things to note *Please note: we provide one Keurig tank full of filtered medical grade alkaline drinking water. This is in your coffee machine upon arrival. *If you enjoy sleeping in, bringing a sleep mask may be helpful. There are two very high windows that do not have shades.
