The space From top to bottom you will find that we have thought of you, the guest, throughout every aspect of this home. Cleanliness: -Home is maintained regularly by professional cleaners. We take pride in CLEAN homes. Wi-Fi: -Home is supplied with Fiber-Optic internet with speeds up to 1000/mbps. This is the fastest internet available and has unlimited data. Entry: -Smart lock for keyless entry. You will get a unique 4 digit code that works for the front door as well as your bedroom door which also has a smart lock. Your Bedroom: -A comfy Queen sized bed with luxurious 8-piece Navy Blue bedding. -Ashley Mattress that is Medium Firm. -Large 50" Smart TV. -1 Nightstand & Lamp -Walk-in Closet -Blackout curtains + 90% Window Screens so you can sleep in peace. Bathrooms: -There are 2 bathrooms in the home that guests have equal access to (both were just renovated) so feel free to use whichever is most convenient at any given time. Kitchen: -Stainless Steel Appliances (except dishwasher). -Fully equipped with pots and pans, many cooking utensils, plates/glasses/silverware and more. -Cooking oil and many spices are provided complimentary. -Coffee is complimentary during your stay with several flavors of K-Cups as well as there being a French Press available. -Please note that fridge space is limited. - No ice or water from the fridge is available at this time. Living room: -Massive 75" 4K Smart TV. -Very comfy couch to relax on Dining Area: -Dining table is open to the living room and kitchen. -6 seats to utilize. Laundry Area: -Luxurious LG washer and dryer. -Laundry detergent is complimentary. Parking: - There are 2 spots in the driveway but if those happen to be full, all other parking is along the street which has several areas you can park. Parking in front of the wash is not allowed overnight and may result in applicable HOA fines. You may park across the street as long as it's not in front of other homes Guest access You have access to our fully equipped kitchen, the living room that has a MASSIVE TV and super comfy couch to enjoy, dining area, laundry area, both bathrooms, etc. The only areas you don't have access to are other 4 bedrooms assigned to other guests and the garage. During your stay We are the most responsive hosts you could ever hope to have. We believe communication is key for a great experience so because of that we generally reply within seconds.
