Welcome to our beautiful, completely renovated waterfront home in the heart of Kent Island! Our home has magnificent direct sunset views, that force you to stop and take it in! Our open-concept home is tastefully decorated with a blend of modern amenities and cozy charm, complete with large windows that allow natural light to fill the space along with stunning views of the Bay. Escape the hustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the serene beauty from the comfort of your private retreat. The space Inside you will find three bedrooms, (two with queen beds, one with a trundle bed that has two twin beds) and two full baths and one half. Each bedroom is equipped with a 40 inch T.V. There is a full kitchen with gorgeous white quartz countertops, complete with kitchenware and cooking needs and a rustic kitchen table that sits six. The open concept flows from the kitchen, dining room and living room. The sun room also features a couch and love seat, while the living room has a couch and two oversize comfortable lounge chairs. The living room and sun room each have T.V.s! The water and sunset views are incredible. The backyard consists of open views, with a patio, patio table and two adirondack chairs, perfect for conversation or sharing a meal. The home has its own washer and dryer and parking for four vehicles. (The garage is not available for parking) Guest access Guests will have full access to the home ( check-in through a smart lock), half acre yard, pier and driveway. (Guests will not have access to the garage) Other things to note The home is in a safe, quiet and private neighborhood. We often enjoy walks along the peninsula. The house is steps from a neighborhood playground. During low tide, a small beach can be accessed. From local historic landmarks to local seafood restaurants, there is always something to discover. Whether your sipping your morning coffee on the patio or unwinding in the evening with a glass of wine, the beauty of the water is never far away.
