The space The wind is a nice private room in the accommodation areas of the Lapitar inn. The room has a lockable, soundproof door. Other spaces are shared with other inn residents. The room is equipped with bed linen and towels. The room has its own fridge and microwave. The room does not have a private bathroom. The shared large kitchen of the guest house has cooking utensils and dishes. The kitchen is bright and tidy. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, but there is a stove, three sinks and several ovens. This will serve multiple users at the same time if needed. Bathrooms are lockable and located in the lobby. The cleanliness and comfort of the bathrooms are taken care of daily. Location: •The inn is located 20 km from the center. The route to the home is easy and hassle-free, just right along the main road. • Nearest bus stop 1.5km along the road. • The airport is 24 kilometers away. • The nearest store is 6 km away. TRANSPORTATION We recommend using your own car. You can also ask us for rides to activities and airport transfers. • You can get to the listing by public transit by bus number 14. The nearest bus stop is 1.5 km from the property along the main road. • The property is located in a scenic residential area with beautiful, clean forest and magnificent large pine trees. Outside, there are great opportunities for observing the Northern Lights! •This is the place for you if you're looking for your own peace and quiet and affordable accommodation further away from the city center. Guest access The building has a free gym, kitchen, laundry room and men's and women's bathrooms for guests. These spaces are shared, i.e. shared with other guests. All the building's spaces are accessible and on the same floor. We recommend using your own car, as the property is located 20 kilometers from the city's shopping centers and downtown. There is free parking in front of the building. The property can also be reached from the city center by bus, line number 14. We also offer the possibility of transportation to the destination, ask for more information! Other things to note ▪︎Lapitar is an old school building. The premises have been renovated for accommodation in recent years. Today, the building serves as an inn. Room Myötätuuli is private and soundproofed. However, the room does not have its own bathroom or kitchen. ▪︎There is no restaurant or café in the guest house, but you are free to use the shared kitchen. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide breakfast or other meals. 》We offer our guests tea and cookies free of charge. ▪Theroom has a soundproof door, but the space isn't completely soundproofed from other rooms in the hallway, so there may be sounds coming from other spaces during your stay. However, our guest house is peaceful and usually very quiet. • THERE ARE PETS IN THE BUILDING. Our guest house has an enclosure for two pet rabbits in the common areas, where guests can visit and pet the bunnies if they wish. The ▪property is located in a small quiet residential area in the middle of the forest. The window shows a large pine tree and a school building lit up in the winter. ▪︎The driveway to the property may be in poor condition in some places. The area doesn't have comprehensive outdoor lighting, so it offers dark and bright weather during good opportunities to admire the starry sky and the Northern Lights. ▪︎In winter, the nearby nature and especially the large snowy trees are very beautiful in this area. ▪This place is a good fit for you who long for peace and unique quiet. If you want to stay close to downtown and diverse services, this place isn't the best for you.
