There is a closet and a large egress window. Tv is connected with Netflix, Crave, Prime Video, Disney+, and Bell Fibe+TSN. Comes with free parking space on driveway. Close to Sault College, Algoma University and APR Welding Academy. Near Cambrian Mall, restaurants, and grocery stores. The space The space is a newly renovated room, in a newly renovated basement, there is a large egress window. The home is located centrally, 20 minute walk to Sault College, there are 2 bus routes as well, bus stops are steps from the door, and take 5 minutes to arrive at the college, or a 3 minute drive. Parking is included, free, on the premises. Algoma University is about a 30 minute bussride away, or 8 minute drive. APR Welding is a 5 minute drive, or a 20 minute bus ride. Across the street from Cambrian Mall, which includes several stores and a grocery store. Guest access You have access to your private room with a lock on the door. Shared spaces include washroom, shower, full stocked kitchen including full-size fridge, and laundry area. Guests are invited to use the backyard, deck, and firepit as their own.
