This atypical accommodation is close to all the tourist sites and amenities, making it easy to plan your stay in the Coteaux du Layon! You will be charmed by its decor and comfort. You have independent access through the garage. In case of absence, a lockbox is available. The space The living room is on the 1st floor. It consists of a fitted and equipped kitchen (hood, oven, 2 induction burners, microwave, sink), an armchair, a small table with 2 extensions, and two chairs. We also provide you with a Bluetooth speaker, board games and tourist documentation. You will enjoy a unique decoration in the staircase leading to the 2nd floor, thanks to the large wall mural made by a local artist. It's up to you to recognize the different nods to our beautiful Angevine region! On the 2nd floor is a bathroom with 80 x 80 cm shower, sink, toilet and towel dryer. We provide you with a hairdryer, as well as a solid soap for the body and hands, made locally. The sleeping area offers a comfortable storage bed with Emma bedding, tables and bedside lamps. You can also find some books about the area. Access to the cottage is through the garage in which there is a staircase leading to the cottage. Under the stairs you will find a freezer compartment at your disposal, a cleaning kit, a shopping cart and a shopping bag. We look forward to hosting you soon in our cottage Le Logis des Coteaux! Guest access You have access to the entire apartment, and can take advantage of the garage to store bicycles and two-wheelers. A key box is available in case of absence on our part, in case of late arrival or early departure. Free parking is available right in front of the cottage. Other things to note The accommodation can accommodate a small baby bed in the bedroom area (Deryan tent bed available, for children under 2 years old) or in the living room. The stairs are not secured by barriers, so it can only accommodate a young baby. Thank you for understanding
