Family and pet friendly home away from home in Sioux City; just minutes from South Sioux City, NE and North Sioux City, SD. Easy access to I-29. Child-friendly park across the street. A mile from Lewis and Clark running/walking/biking trail. BR 1 has a queen bed, BR 2 has a queen bed, and BR 3 has a full size bed. Also a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, spices, and basics. A new washer and dryer has been added to the 2nd bedroom for guest use. Wifi is also available and Dish TV. We do have WiFi available. There is Dish 120 plus channels in the living room and antenna only in the kitchen. While house trained pets are welcome there is no fenced yard so please clean up after your pet when you take him outside. You have exclusive use of the entire upstairs of the house, including the kitchen, however the basement of the house is unavailable so please respect quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am. If you need assistance with anything don't hesitate to let me know, and I can be available to help should you need it. This space is for the upstairs of the home only. The basement is not available and there is a deadbolt on both sides of the kitchen door to the basement. The kitchen, however, is for your exclusive use. For parking you can park in the upper driveway and on the street. The garage is not available for guest use. Quiet neighborhood with child friendly park across the street. Bus stop 1 block away at Fieldcrest and West 4th. Reasonably fast Uber. This space is for the upstairs of the home only. My son lives in the basement and there is a deadbolt on both sides of the kitchen door to the basement. The kitchen, however, is for your exclusive use. For parking you can park anywhere in the upper driveway and on the street. The garage is not available for guest use. The house is on a steep hill, so when there is snow or ice on the street you should park in the driveway to avoid your car sliding down the hill.
