No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Violation of this rule may result in a $250 cleaning fee. 3. No Partying/Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Excessive noise may result in eviction without a refund. Noise measuring devices and outdoor security cameras used to discourage partying and enforce quiet hours. 4. Guest Limit: The maximum occupancy of the property is 7. No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval and are subject to additional fees.
