The property is provides comfortable 2 bedroomed accommodation for 4 people plus a sofa bed. The apulian furnishings blend well with the tastefully restored historic parts of the house. It is composed by a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, a living room dining table a sofa bed, a spacious master bedroom with a wardrobe, a twin/double bedroom and a bathroom equipped with toilet and shower. Complete the property a complete bathroom with shower at first floor and a terrace with a laundry area. Other things to note We will ask you to sign a simple tourist rental agreement of which can be request a copy before your arrival. It's not allowed to recharge electric cars in the villa. As per the italian laws, passport of each guests will be requested by the owner at arrival in order to proceed with the legal registration of guests at the police office.
