The space Sunrise Chalet is a newly constructed, modern 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cabin located on 4 private acres yet still less than 15 minutes away from the center of small town charm in Ellijay, located just 20 minutes south of Blue Ridge. The large expansive windows and sliders allow you to enjoy magnificent long-range mountain views from almost every room in the house. The 2 bedrooms each have king size beds and smart TVs. One bedroom is located on the main level while the other is on the 2nd floor with a half bath. The main living area has a 65 inch smart TV and electric fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen offers a large island for dining and preparing meals with all the tools needed for even the most discerning chef. The reverse osmosis water system makes it unnecessary to bring bottled water. Enjoy the outdoor firepit, the rocking chairs on the covered deck or the hot tub overlooking the spectacular layered mountains. Each morning brings a more beautiful sunrise than the day before! USB ports are provided at each of the bedroom nightstands, the kitchen island and the downstairs sofa table. The upstairs provides a lounging area for reading or taking a nap while the table provides you the opportunity to play games and cards, work on a puzzle or as a dedicated work space while still enjoying the amazing view! Guest access As our guest you have complete access to the entire house with the exception of the locked owner's storage closet and crawl space. Other things to note Check-in is 4:00 pm / Check-out is 10:00 am As much as we love animals, Sunrise Chalet is NOT PET-FRIENDLY due to owners severe allergies. No space heaters. Central air/heat and an electric fireplace are provided. No open flames anywhere on the property wi the exception of the firepit and the gas grill. No parties or events without prior approval.
