Waking distance to everything you would want in Historic Fort Langley (river, coffee shops, museums, cafes, boutiques, grocery store, walking trails, antique shops, farmers market etc The space You will enter through a private street level door with its own little front garden. Immediately when you walk in you will want to take off your shoes and then continue to explore through the space. One beautiful bedroom with a queen size bed and a powder room is on the ground floor. This room is farthest from the other two bedrooms which are on the third floor. Going up the nice clean stairs you will come to the beautiful living room and kitchen space. Everything you need is here to cook a homemade meal or have take out at the beautifully set dining table. Enjoy not one but two private balconies on the north side and south side of the second floor. Curl up and watch a movie on the gorgeous leather sofa, or pull up a chair at the minimalistic desk to get a little bit of work done. Continuing up the second flight of stairs to the top floor you will find the main bathroom with bathtub. The top floor features two more bedrooms. The primary bedroom and the twin room. The primary bedroom is north facing and has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The twin room is south facing and has two twin beds which are perfect for two single adults or children. Each room has a gorgeous fresh flowers, art, plants and a neighbourhood view. Guest access You will have the entire three story townhouse to yourself. The garage is the only thing that you won’t have access to as we use it for storage. You’ll have a key code for entry Other things to note NO PARTIES !! This is not a party home. Our neighborhood is quiet and the building has a peaceful ambiance that we keep for our neighbours, therefore it does not suit loud groups. We also don’t book our home out for wedding parties (getting ready/hair and make up, vendors) etc. Unapproved guests are not allowed at this rental property without permission. Part of Fort Langley's charm and history is the train which runs through the town both day and night. Our property is located in the Bedford Landing neighbourhood of Fort Langley and is close to the train tracks and it can be loud if the windows are open and can also be heard from the south facing twin bedroom. You’ll find earplugs in the bedside drawers. We recommend the lightest sleepers in your group choose either of the north facing queen bedrooms.
