At almost 10k feet altitude, this beautiful home has million dollar views of Pikes Peak and the Sangre De Cristo mountain range. Frequently visited by deer, turkey, and the occasional bear, this property encompasses all that makes Colorado the paradise that it is known to be! It is less than a 12 minute drive to the City of Cripple Creek and all the amenities there, including grocery store, casinos, an amazing parks and rec facility and a variety of tourist activities! The space This rental includes: private entrance , you will have one bedroom in the basement with use of the entire furnished basement, including private bathroom and shower, a full size TV with blue tooth player or your favorite online movie watching app, a full kitchen, exercise bike, foos-ball table! You will also be able to access the main floor formal dining room, the pool table, a 1.5 bathroom, and gas fireplace, with windows that give almost a 360 degrees of gorgeous mountain views! Additionally we may offer additional amenities for an extra fee, which may include custom cooked meals, rides to and from the casinos or other tourist locations, kayak use, etc...inquire prior to arrival if interested! Guest access The master bedroom, two bedroom upstairs, the garage, and outdoor sheds are INACCESSIBLE to guests. Please do not attempt to access, there are video cameras in these rooms and you WILL BE RECORDED. The balcony can be made accessible but only with permission from the owner as we've had horseplay on the balcony and railings broken by guests. The rest of the property is available for all guests to please ENJOY!!! NO PETS AND NO MORE THAN 3 GUESTS!!! THIS WILL STRICTLY BE ENFORCED!!! During your stay Owners may or may not be in the the home on the top floor and on the first floor. They will not come into your space in the basement without permission. You may interact as much or as little as you'd like during your stay. Feel free to ask questions! Other things to note You agree to follow the house rules and may forfeit deposit if you do not follow the rules. We are not difficult people but our home is not being rented as a party house to be abused and you agree to care for it as if it were your own home. We WANT you to ENJOY yourself as we have enjoyed ourselves, but this is not a cheap hotel and will not be treated as such.
