Each bed will be freshly made prior to your arrival, towels and wash cloths are provided as well. Other things to note SUPPLY STARTER KIT To ensure your first night with us is comfortable, we've provided a starter kit of essential supplies. This is just a little something to help you settle in. Please note, this kit is intended to cover your immediate needs upon arrival. For the duration of your stay, you may want to bring or purchase any additional items you require. TV/STREAMING The property features smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. Cable TV is provided– streaming options only. Enjoy your entertainment experience! NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly. POOL/HOT TUB MAINTENANCE Our pool is maintained by a trusted third-party company. Due to their independent operations, we can't provide specific day confirmations to guests about their visits, and they are not required to announce their arrival when servicing the property.
