The building is located in the heart of Savassi on a super nice and tree-lined street, here you will find everything, bars, shopping, the best restaurants, squares, supermarket, cinemas, pharmacies and much more. It has a 24-hour doorman. The apartment was decorated in a minimalist style, the suite is comfortable and cozy. I love meeting people! The space Comfortable and airy suite, quiet, sunny, has a double bed with a pocket spring mattress, bedding and pillows of great quality, soft and fragrant towels, has a black-out curtain, ceramic floor, beautiful modern chandelier, study bench, portable air conditioner, private bathroom and an excellent built-in closet. Guest access The guest will have access to an equipped kitchen, TV room and parking (please check availability and there is an additional cost of 20.00 per day). During your stay I'm available to offer tips and suggestions to guests. Other things to note The condominium is residential with a family profile, so inappropriate behavior will not be allowed. People other than guests are not permitted to enter the condominium. If a friend or relative needs to visit you, please request authorization, stating their name and document. Otherwise, an additional daily rate will be charged via AirBnb.
