Welcome aboard! Traditional sailor De Albertha is looking forward to Overnight guests. The more than 125-year-old ship has a total of 24 beds in 7 cabins, three of them you can rent. All equipped with sinks. Toilets can be found in the hallway and there are two shower cubicles on board. A few days a year you have the opportunity to stay on a functional ship, enjoy the harbor flair and sit comfortably with friends and other guests and crew in the mess hall. The space There is free access to the galley, incl. Refrigerator and with cozy fair (common room). A small library, including nautical reading, is available. Guest access Except for the crew cabins and engine room, access to all areas the ship is allowed. During your stay The crew lives in their own cabins and areas on the ship. We are usually 4-5 people, sometimes with the dog Hilma. All are available at any time. Onboard language is German. English and Dutch is spoken fluently. Other things to note On Kiel Week, we take day trips. Before the groups arrive, we will disembark at 9 a.m. and return at 8 p.m. There's a short stay in about 1pm if you want to get your stuff or refresh yourself. In individual cases, we drive until midnight, we will discuss this together in advance (for this reason, instant booking is deactivated). For timely bookings, it is great to sail a 4h trip with us in the evening or morning. These tours are not regulated through Airbnb. Coffee and tea are available in the morning. A breakfast buffet is available during the morning sailing trip.
