Welcome to the GREEN ROOM with tons of natural light! This bedroom is complete with a comfy queen-sized bed, smart tv, blackout curtains, a closet and an optional privacy lock on your door. This room shares a full bath with the adjacent bedroom. All bedrooms are provided with bedding, towels, and household basics (toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, etc) are included with stay. Utilities included. Weekly yard service included. Housekeeper comes every 6-8 to clean common areas. The space This property is ideal for traveling medical professionals. Proof of contract / background check is required of all tenants before booking will be authorized. In addition to the interior, Woodman offers a private backyard that is great for some outdoor time or space for you little, furry travel buddy to let off steam. The property is friendly toward pets. Pets must be house-trained. Must be crated in the owner’s bedroom when owner is at work. Owner must clean up after pet. No pets on the furniture. Damages caused my pet are responsibility of the owner. Guest access Welcome to the Woodman! Your cozy home away from home. Guests are welcomed to enjoy the shared spaces (kitchen, laundry, desk space, family room, dining table, and the back/front yard). The bedrooms are private. Each bedroom has a unique lock that only that guest is provided a copy. The green and greige rooms share a bathroom. The blue room has a more private ‘assigned’ bathroom.
