Listing description 1 bedroom apartment for rent short term/holiday letting in beautiful, leafy Paddington. Close to cafés, shops, city and transport. Access to spa pool The main house is a cat and wildlife shelter. The space The apartment is fully self contained. It has it's own full kitchen, bathroom and laundry as well as a separate bedroom and living area. The enclosed courtyard is pet safe and cat escape proof. Please be aware that Paddington is very hilly. So walking around is quite a work out. Guest access The whole apartment is yours with it joining courtyard. The backyard and spa pool are shared spaces. Guess are welcome in the main house to cuddle kitties. Other things to note The apartment has quite a hidden private entrance so I do like to meet guests to show them in. If this is not possible, detailed instructions will be given. The booking is for 2 people, however you can request an extra guest to stay as there is a sofa bed as well. Extra guest fee is $25 per night. That fee will come as an extra fee request after the booking. EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It's highly recommended to plan for a 3pm check-in time. Once your place is prepared, we will inform you accordingly. In case you require earlier access, you may consider booking the night before, subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that unlike hotels, we do not have alternate rooms to offer. Hence, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedules, it might be possible to arrange a later check-out time. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if you need to check out after 12 pm, an extra night's fee will be levied and must be paid via the Airbnb Resolution Centre. This payment should be made the night before check-out; otherwise, housekeeping will be scheduled for the regular check-out time of 11 am.
