Perfect for a wonderful vacation! Other things to note Just so you’re aware, water and electricity are relatively expensive on the island. Water is charged at €10 per cubic meter and electricity at €0.55 per kWh. The rental price includes up to 40 kWh of electricity per day. Any additional usage will be calculated and settled with the property manager at the end of your stay. To help keep consumption down, we kindly ask you to switch off the air conditioning when you’re not in the bedrooms, and to keep windows and shutters closed while the air conditioning is running.
