The space Welcome to CASA NIM's STUDIO, a unique space of contemporary design that shares all the comforts and beautiful views of CASA NIM in the middle of the mountains of Ocotitlán - Tepoztlán, where you can relax and enjoy every designed detail of the space in this magical place immersed in nature. This beautiful studio is perfect for a relaxing luxury getaway in the middle of nature. Built with compacted earth, concrete, and wood, experience the peaceful nature that surrounds you through immersive views of nature from every interior of the home, and you can find places to relax outdoors in the home's heated pool and gardens. The studio of CASA NIM is one of 3 buildings into which the house is divided; THE LIVING ROOM, THE SUITE (connected via a bridge to the living room), and THE STUDIO completely independent of the other two buildings. The whole house is powered by solar panels (day and night will have light) and has very fast internet thanks to Starlink (the satellite internet designed by Tesla - Space X). THE STUDIO It is a completely independent one-bedroom house designed with two walls of compacted earth. This beautiful and quiet house has an open kitchen and living room with a 40" TV with a mountain and garden view, plus a queen bedroom with a private garden and motorized curtains, a bathroom equipped with closet and shower with nature views. *The pool is made of concrete and is naturally textured so that it has a turquoise color. The color it gives to the water is part of the design. It works with salt instead of chlorine to protect the environment. * The house is built in a very safe neighbourhood, but be aware that it is in the mountains and the last part of the road to get here is not paved, but can be accessed by car. * Phone signal is very weak / not available in this area, but Starlink satellite internet works perfectly in all areas of CASA NIM. * Remember that when visiting CASA NIM, you will be visiting an isolated mountain area where you will be in contact with nature. That means being in contact with plants, bugs and any situation related to living with nature. Of course, we always try to keep the interiors clean and uncluttered. *The Estudio is a space to relax and connect with nature, so photo shoots are prohibited and it is not suitable for filming or festivities. The property and all its areas are designed exclusively to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and live with nature. *The property has cyclone mesh and barbed wire for security as well as security cameras only on the outside. All the water from the Estudio is potable and drinkable including the shower's! It has filters including Carbon ones. Also the we took care of the hardness so you enjoy more taking showers. *On the property there are 3 rescued dogs that are in the access area where the caretakers live, you will not have to live with them if you do not want to, please let us know if you have any problems. *The Estudio can accommodate a maximum of two guests as it only has a queen size bed and the living room is not suitable for use as a bed. Also, remember that the house generates its own electricity, so each reservation must be very well planned to ensure all services. *Please remember that the landscape can change according to the rainy/dry season. We do not have a garden but we do have a landscape design that adapts to both seasons, we hope you enjoy it! Guest access At CASA NIM we offer different combinations to rent the entire property with the three buildings and to rent separate combinations of 1 or 2 of the separate buildings that make up the residence, so you could get to live in the common areas with other guests. Regardless of your choice, you will have access to the heated swimming pool, and the gardens and you can enjoy the most relaxing visit with total privacy. Other things to note Also, in CASA NIM's STUDIO by prior arrangement: - We can help you with recommendations of nearby temazcal, masseuse on the property. - Regular cleaning. In case of breaking some of our rules (taking pictures or video, bringing more people than indicated in the booking) we will fine from one to 5 additional nights, depending on the seriousness of the offence.
