Ilha da Barra has always been a getaway from the stress of work, bring the family together and enjoy the beauties that Angra provides. It started out with a small house, a boat, and some kayaks where we went out into the sea and rivers exploring the beauties of the region that amazes us to this day. Twenty years later, with new takeovers and transformations, comes the Angra Dry Mangrove, with the purpose of sharing the lived experiences and also seeking new ones, offering lodging and excursions. The space Casa Mangue Seco Angra has the proposal to welcome families and friends, who seek to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoy beautiful landscapes and interaction with nature, combined with a cozy house. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, 1 suite, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, balcony and living room equipped with Smart TV and Wifi. The crossing to the Island is carried out by boat according to the variation of height of the tide and lasts approximately 5 minutes. The car can be parked near the crossing point, a very quiet cul-de-sac where parking is not charged. The crossing service from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. is included in the daily rate, and may be requested when necessary. We do ask that you request a crossing at least 30 minutes before the act. At times when the tide is very low, the crossing is conducted walking, due to the fact that the sea retreats and stays only sand. As for the transportation of luggage, you can rest assured that we will assist. ***We have a restaurant and we also rent a speedboat for tours.*** Guest access The guest will have the freedom to explore the little trails that exist on foot, or if they venture to a kayak exploration, and can reach other beaches that are 20-30 minutes away by paddling slowly (at no cost). If you have physical limitations or prefer to enjoy a speedboat tour, this service can also be contracted, in Angra we have 365 islands waiting for you. We are located in a sheltered region, predominating the calm sea, without waves and little wind, which makes the boat crossing can be carried out with tranquility, even in the occasional possibility of rain. Like any coastal region close to the forest, there are mosquitoes, but nothing that a repellent does not solve. Pets We accept small pets, 1 per room, and notice is required at the time of booking. A fee of R$35.00 per day will be charged for the accommodation of the Pet.
