Situated on a well kept 1-acre estate, the cottage is immediately adjacent to Port Lympne Safari Park and Zoo, where the sound of roaring Lions and rumbling Gorillas beckon. Recently renovated to a high standard, Lympne Cottage blends original features with modern luxuries. The cottage accommodates up to 7 guests comfortably. Beds: • Master Bedroom: Super-king size bed • Second Bedroom: King-Size bed • Third Bedroom: Double Bed & Single bunk bed • An infant cot is also provided, along with a spacious sofa for any additional guests. Main Bathroom: Indulge in relaxation in the spacious bathroom, complete with a luxurious roll-top bath and a rainfall shower (Upstairs). Kitchen: For those who prefer to cook, the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar feature a double American fridge freezer and all of the modern appliances you would expect. Utility Room: A well-appointed utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer ensures you can tackle any mess should you get muddy whilst exploring the picturesque countryside. Living Area: The cozy lounge with roaring log burner and sofa beckons for those long winter nights. A Smart TV and WiFi make rainy days entertaining. Outdoor Area: For those perfect summer evenings, an outdoor dining area awaits; complete with a large gazebo, parasol, fire pit and BBQ grill, providing a perfect setting for al fresco dining with seating for up to 12 guests. Garden: The large, fully fenced garden offers a safe haven for children and furry friends to explore. Log burner & Fire pit: • The log burner can be used during the colder months and the fire pit can be used year-round. We ask that guests supply their own firewood and are responsible while using them. Pets: • Pets are welcome with a small additional charge to facilitate deep cleaning. • All dog waste must be removed from the property.
