The house also has a 30-foot speedboat with a sailor, in case guests want to rent it separately. The condominium has access to the Furnas lagoon and also has an exit for speedboat tours. Other things to note The house accommodates up to 20 people, but the site only allows reservations for up to 16 people. If you wish to have more people, the daily rate per additional person will be proportional to the reservation amount, to be paid directly to the host. If the number of people, including children over 2 years of age, is greater than the number of people listed on the reservation, the guest will be charged the proportional amount. Normally, check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is on Sundays at 5 p.m., on other days at 9 a.m., but we have flexibility if the house is not rented a day earlier or a day later It is necessary to bring bed linens, towels, toiletries, toilet paper, trash bags, among others.
