Barn in Midland

Barndo completed January 2024 Industrial-rustic-Southwest. Barndo is situated next to our house. Located south of town, we are a 15-20 minute drive to Midland or 30 minute drive to Odessa. Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, gas stove, tub & shower, large closet, full kitchen, tv in living room, king size bed, workspace, RO water system and ice maker in freezer. Caliche parking. Private, side entrance. Sat. nights- sometimes there is loud music ⚠️ Shared backyard, w/ small patio The space This barndo apartment sits on one acre next to the family home. We have chickens on our property so expect to hear the two roosters in the morning while you enjoy a cup of coffee. This is an arid land so not many trees, but enjoy the stunning sunsets as the property faces west. This space also has a loft area that has a foosball game. We have a very walkable neighborhood. The barndo was built for the traveling oil worker in mind ; please inquire about short or longer term stays. This listing is set up with instant book; if you make an inquiry, are pre-approved, but don’t book, someone else can instant book your dates. Again, this is NO smoking property. No illegal or legal drugs such as medicinal marijuana, e-cigarettes, cigars, cigarettes etc. $200 fee if found to be in violation. Guest access The entire barndo apartment is available to our guests. The other portion of the building is a hobby shop with no guest access. No smoking of any kind on the property inside or outside. There is a $200 fee if found to be in violation. Other things to note This space is not set up for young (infant to 3 year old) kids because of the loft area. No parties please. The metal building may make noises as it heats and cools with the temperature variation. It’ll sound like a building sighing.
