Duke's at Byron is Byron Bay's local. This property is minutes away from the most sought after beaches with cafes and shops along the way. This property boasts modern amenities with comfort in mind. A fully fenced garden out the back provides security for your loved ones. The top level property allows for ocean breezes to invigorate and rejuvenate and guests can relax on the front balcony or inside with natural surroundings. Take a ride into town or go for a surf, the boards and bikes are on us. The space This property is a two storey building with the downstairs section providing an enclosed area for the 2 bikes, boards and towels. Upstairs is the house space with the verandah at the top of the stairs and the entrance. Inside the property is the open plan living kitchen area. 4 rooms including the 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry occupy the rest of the property and stairs out the back lead to the outdoor BBQ and fence garden space. *The third bed is the sofa bed in the living area. We advise 4 guests if you want to enjoy the space . The interior is not large but it is suitable for 4 people. Guest access Guests have full access to the house, backyard and off-street parking. Other things to note The bike locks have codes. Code 1 is 132 Code 2 is LOCK (alphanumeric) Bikes which are lost/stolen will be charged at $450 per bike. Bin night is Sunday night with alternating RED and YELLOW bins. Guests can park on the street for free, or 1 car car park on the left hand side of the driveway, allowing sufficient pedestrian access for the residents in unit 2 to walk down the driveway.
