The winter offers ice fishing, skating, or maple sugaring season. During the fall visit us to take in a little leaf peeping and apple picking at any of the nearby orchards. Spring and Summer months call for kayaking, fishing and swimming. Nearby hiking trails offers year-round exploration. The space Our home offers views of the lake from almost every room in the house. The cottage is situated on over 1/2 acre of property with 75 feet of direct waterfrontage. On the inside of the cottage, there is 1300 square feet of first floor living, featuring two bedrooms. The kitchen has been newly renovated and opens into the living room. The cottage is designed with a lightness to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring you feel right at home from the moment you step through the door. Downstairs is a fully finished basement with walkout access through slider doors to the backyard. The basement can be utilized as an additional bedroom, with a queen-sized sofa bed. The basement living area features a reading nook, fireplace and high-top table perfect for game night. At the shore we offer kayaks and paddleboards for guest use. Boat rentals are available at our local marina, EZ Marine and our boat slip can be used during your stay by request. You'll love waking up to sit on the covered deck with your morning coffee.
