A cozy private vacation home at one of the Philippines best surf spots, ABCD surf strip on Calicoan Island in Guiuan, Eastern Samar. If you are looking to stay in a private home where you can cook fresh local foods and enjoy beach activities nearby this is the place for you. We provide a guest booklet with things to see and do nearby which include dining, drinking, surf lessons, board rentals, SUP, Kayak rentals, fresh seafood and more. The space The property is gated and fenced with security cctv cameras for safety and includes two parking spaces on property - 1 car covered parking garage, 2nd car driveway parking inside the property gate. There is an entrance from garage to the living, dining and kitchen area. Kitchen includes refrigerator, hot and cold drinking water dispenser, rice cooker, toaster oven, 4 burner gas stove with oven, cooking wares, utensils and dining wares. 1 guest can sleep on sofa bed in the living area. Bedroom sleeps 4 with 1 double bed and 1 double floor mattress. The bedroom has its own entrance with lounge patio terrace at front of the house. Bathroom includes shower, toilet with bidet, vanity mirror and sink. We provide all guests with 1 towel each. Shampoo, soap and toothpaste are also complimentary upon request. Air conditioning units in all rooms with electric fan option. Guest access You have full access to the entire house all to yourselves, except back bedroom and 2nd bathroom which are kept locked. Other things to note No parties are allowed in the house. Outside visitors are only allowed inside during the day time. Unregistered guests are not allowed to shower or sleep in the house, if you exceed the number of people on your reservation we will charge an extra 500 php per night. Strictly no smoking in the house. Strictly no illegal drugs are allowed on the property.
