You’ll love the minimalist decor of this charming place to stay; a clean and cozy place where you can rest. The space The condo unit features a bedroom with full double bed size and a cabinet. It has living room with a smart TV where you can watch Netflix and Youtube Videos and a sofa bed. It has refrigerator where you can store drinks and food. in the kitchen, you can use our double-burner induction cooker. You can also use our kitchen utensils. It has a bathroom with bidet and hot and cold shower. You will feel the comfort and security of our smart lock. Guest access Our condo unit is part of SMDC Breeze Residences. SMDC Breeze Residences provides a swimming pool that is located at the 8th floor. Guests may use the swimming pool for a fee ; 150 pesos on ordinary days and 300 pesos on holidays. Guests are also free to use the lobby and lounge located at the ground floor and 8th floor. Other things to note While we personally love pets, they are not allowed in the building and unit. Smoking is not also allowed. The place is where everyone can experience silence and rest, it would be much appreciated if our guests would be mindful of these. Pay parking is available at the 2nd floor 30 pesos for 1st 2 hrs. and 20 pesos every hour after or a fraction thereof. The unit can accommodate two guests. Extra guests, up to a maximum of total 4 guests, can be accomodated and will be charged 300 pesos per guest. The two extra guests may use the sofa bed to sleep.
