This Luxury Villa is perfect for family vacation, located within a beautiful and quite Resort with panoramic view of the sea and Slovenian hills. Located on the beautiful coast of Alberi in Savudrija, peninsula of Istria known for its excellent wineries and amazing restaurants. It is only a five-minute walk from the beach and tennis courts and a five-minute drive to the nearest golf course. The space This villa is brand new, 262 m2 and has four bedrooms - two double, two twin. On the first floor there is a large and bright living room, dining area and fully equipped and modern kitchen with access to the furnished terrace overlooking the seaside and amenities of the Resort. The first floor features two master bedrooms with private bathrooms, TV and direct access to the balcony and private garden. The basement is dedicated for entertainment with gaming/cinema room with large TV, gaming chairs and bean bags, bathroom with shower and two additional bedrooms with two single beds each. Entire villa is air- conditioned, heated floors in the bathrooms, and over 220 m2 of private garden space with private parking. Strong Wi-Fi guest access in available in the entire Resort. Surrounding the villa, you can enjoy amenities of the beautiful five-star Resort. Free of charge usage of the largest infinity pool in Europe, spa with sauna and outside jacuzzi, gym, pool bar and restaurant on the roof of the apart hotel, and additional children swimming pool surrounded with Italian and Sushi restaurant with nearby playground and free of charge daycare area. Guest access Car access to the villa with on-site parking. Enjoy all the amenities of the resort free of charge, with possibility of additional cost for beach beds on the Resort's pools and beach. Other things to note Our villa is almost always fully booked. Because of this, early check in can only be considered if there are no other guests checking out on the date of your arrival. Likewise, late check out can be considered if there are no other guests arriving at the date of your departure. If your early check in or late check out request doesn't conflict with another guest's stay, then we are happy to accommodate your request at no extra cost. Due to the seasonal changes in demand, pricing is always subject to change. Your rate is locked in when your booking has been confirmed through Airbnb. The floor mattresses are very good for children, though we do not have a crib or any other facilities specific for infants. AMENITIES (making your arrival more comfortable): - bed and bath linen provided. You'll find the place already prepared for a comfortable stay. (In case of stays longer than 7 nights, we will offer a cleaning and a bed and bath linen change half of your stay). - amenity bath kit at the arrival (soap, shamopoo, conditioner and body lotiona are provided). We leave for you two toilet paper roll in each bathroom of the villa. IMPORTANT: Our place is the ideal spot for a big family vacation or for an adults' reunion. In accordance to the Resort rules, loud parties are NOT allowed. It is forbidden to move the furniture around the villa. Maximum number of guests are 8 with children included.
