This well-appointed space includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a versatile workspace complete with a computer screen/TV, a sectional couch that transforms into a double bed, a cozy queen-size bed, and a full bathroom with a shower. Step outside to discover an open porch perfect for soaking up the sun, a secluded covered porch offering a private retreat, and easy access to a shared fire pit. The adventure begins right outside your door with a trailhead just steps away. Other things to note RECENT RENOVATION!!!! We recently had the windows, floors, cabinets and counters replaced. The whole interior also has a fresh coat of paint. 1 Parking space is included with the rental, steps from your door. A second space may be available upon advance request. For your furry friends, we have an on site, fenced, off leash dog park! There is also direct access to public lands where they can play just a few hundred feet from the house. We ask that all other times pups are on property that they are on a leash as many Owners on site have dogs.
