Yamhill Flat is a studio room with a queen bed and kitchen. Rich, red tones in the furnishings of Yamhill tie the room to its namesake soil, and the addition of bright accents reminds us of a perfectly balanced wine. The layout and furnishings are designed to accommodate guests in wheelchairs; the comfort and style will please everyone. A large, operable window will brighten the room with light from the south; you can pull down a shade for peaceful darkness. The kitchenette is equipped with a small dining table, a French press featuring Caravan Coffee, a mini refrigerator, a microwave, and an electric stovetop. A BBQ grill on the patio ensures that you will have everything you need to prepare meals. The property also has a large rooftop area that is partially covered where you and your family can enjoy a game of ping pong. Or maybe sit back and enjoy looking at the scenery while enjoying a glass of your favorite beverage at the end of the day. Guest access Guests will have private access to the suite. There is a common entrance to the building, and the guest suites are located up 3 flight of stairs. The property also has a large rooftop area that is partially covered where you and your family can enjoy a game of ping pong. Or maybe sit back and enjoy looking at the scenery while enjoying a glass of your favorite beverage at the end of the day while waiting on a meal cooked on the BBQ grill. The operating instructions can be found in your digital guidebook as well as on the inside wall of the lift. *There is a 750 lb max Lift available for guests with mobility issues or taking luggage up to the Flats. *There is going to be a gate lock, hallway door lock, and the Flats door lock. The code you receive will be the same for all three (3) doors. *There is an EV charger available at Telsa & Clipper Creek. *Trash bins are located in a locked downstairs room. Inaccessible to guests. *Additional family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play, yoga mats, air mattresses, and outdoor games) are available to rent upon request. *Midstay Cleaning* -For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required, with an additional cleaning needed for every subsequent 10 nights. Guests are responsible for the cost of mid-stay cleans, due after booking confirmation. Cleaning fees are due 30 days before arrival.
