Clovelly is a leafy, cool in summer, peaceful. It is surrounded by mountain & valley views, the Clovelly Golf course. Restaurants & shops are 5 mins drive or a safe walk. There's a pub on the back porch for light use. A 100 inch TV, Wifi is fast, uncapped & there is a UPS for 2hrs of back up wifi. The space The spacious open plan apartment includes a kitchen, bar counter and sitting area and is fully equipped. From there you walk into lounge and office space with windows looking out onto a lush garden. The bedroom is spacious with a double extra length bed, memory foam tea, new 100 % cotton linen and cupboard space with locks. Front and back doors lead onto private porches with seating and an informal braai area. The garden has a stream which flows in winter. Guest access Access the apartment from the road down a flight of quite steep steps. Other things to note Please note that the steps down to the apartment are quite steep and there is no rail or banister, the access would not suite someone physically disabled. There is an 100 inch 4K QLED TV so bring along your netflix passwords if you want to watch movies. There is fast, uncapped and uninterupted wifi for your laptops etc.
