TINY Cottage in Hudson Bend Road

Our cozy tiny abode, a retreat from the ordinary. For the past 2 ½ years, this tiny cottage was our sanctuary. While we own the cottage itself, we lease the plot it sits on from Sun Outdoors RV Resort. As guests of the resort, you'll have access to all its amenities, including two outdoor pools (one with a heated pool connected to the hot tub), a jacuzzi, fitness room, putting green, and playground. The space The tiny home has approximately 630 sq ft of living space (including the porch). The home has been renovated adding the porch, changing the loft's layout, and adding a stackable washer/dryer unit. For 2½ years, we modified and maximized some areas to be more accessible and functional for daily living. The tiny home has one bedroom and, a 2-level loft (the 2nd level is for sleeping only, while in the 1st part of the loft, you have to kneel or duck to access it if you are an adult. It has a full kitchen (4 stove burners, oven, microwave), and a sink area. The bathroom is spacious, stackable washer and dryer is in full use. As a guest at the RV Resort, the cottage is surrounded by shared amenities including a pool, exercise room, laundry facility, kids playground, putt-putt area, and dog park. PRIOR TO BOOKING: Please review the LOCATION of the cottage in conjunction to your plans around Austin. Lake Travis is within a 3-mile distance, but due to the area being membership access only, we do not have access to the lake, but there are nearby parks that can be accessed by public. Downtown Austin is located 20 miles south, nearby cities like Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Lakeway, Bee Cave might be close in mileage, but it can be a long commute due to traffic. The distance typically takes around 30 to 45 minutes, varying with the flow of traffic throughout the town. Moreover, for those unfamiliar with navigating the hilly terrain, driving through them at night might feel somewhat challenging. Guest access As a guest of A31, you can access all amenities within the RV Resort (i.e. pools, laundry facilities, exercise equipment, putt², kid's playground, and dogs park.
