Steps from Columbia College, 3 minutes to the University of Missouri, and two blocks from The Blue Note and Rose Music Hall. Impeccably clean with eclectic finishes, it’s more than a home. Some pets are welcome with an $85 pet fee. Usually booked—if it’s available, it won’t last long. This home is only available up to 210 nights per year. The space Our charming property offers two cozy bedrooms, one fitted with a spacious king bed and the other with a comfortable queen bed. Also, we provide a high-quality pull-out bed in case you prefer it. The property features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for family meals, and a full-size washer and dryer to ensure your stay is as convenient as it is colorful and eclectic in design. With vibrant colors and an eclectic atmosphere, our property provides a unique and welcoming backdrop for your stay. Guest access During your stay, guests will have full access to the entire property, including both bedrooms with the king and queen beds, the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, and the bathroom. You'll also have the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer for your use. Other things to note We offer two reserved parking spots in the gravel lot behind our house. It is accessible from Park St. While the lot isn’t ours, we’ve arranged use through a rental agreement. Vehicles must be 18 feet or shorter, and a photo in our listing shows exactly where to park for a smooth and easy arrival. PET OWNERS: If you wish to bring pets, you must pay the $85 pet fee, and pets must meet our requirements. If you're unsure, please message us. We are very accommodating in most cases. Additional blankets must be used if pets are on any furniture, ESPECIALLY beds. We maintain very clean bedding. Thank you!
