Gold Coast 6 BR House with Pool

Get the family together or bring the sporting team for your trip to the Gold Coast. This 6 BRM house and pool is family and dog friendly. It has 6 brms. It has 3 separate living/lounge areas, fully stocked kitchen and a pool. The yard is fully fenced. BBQ and huge outdoor table with 10 chairs. The garage has a remote control door and can fit two cars with a third on the lawn , although there is plenty of room on the street for more parking. Comfortably sleeps 12. The space This is a large 6 BRM house. It has three separate living areas, two dining areas and a pool. There is air-conditioning in the main bedroom, the second bedroom and the 5th bedroom, also in the lounge and the dining/living area. All other bedrooms have ceiling fans. The main bedroom has an ensuite. There is a guest bathroom with separate toilet. There is also a third toilet off the lounge, which has a wash basin. The kitchen is fully equipped, with pots,pans, cutlery, glassware and also a Lavazza coffee pod machine. There is a french percolator available as well. There are 4 TV's in total and you will have access to our Amazon Prime subscription. Whole house has very strong, un-limited wifi that works really well. The pool is a good size, with kiddie steps to get in the shallow end. There is a large outdoor area and large area at the back and side, so plenty of room for kids to play or for your furry friends to run around. there is a 10 seater outdoor table underneath a pergola at the side of the house, there is also a 3 burner gas BBQ at the side of the house for your use. There is some outdoor furniture including two sun lounges. The entire block is fully fenced, with internal separate fenced off areas for your dogs. New oven and stove-top just installed. In regards to bedding configuration, there are 6 bedrooms in total. Bedroom one is the master bedroom with an ensuite. It has a king-size bed. It's on the right hand side as you walk in. This room has it's own air-con as well. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. This is the one on the right-hand side of the entrance way. Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed. This is the one directly to the left of the entrance way. Bedroom 4 is the one closest to the kitchen and that has a queen-size bed and it's one air-conditioner. Bedroom 5 is down the back, past the laundry. This one has one king-single bed and this room has an air-conditioner. Bedroom 6 entry is through bedroom 5. It has one king single bed and a trundle ( two small single beds). The main TV lounge has two sofa beds. The first one, being the large grey lounge. You simply put the modulur square piece in the middle, then place one of the mattress toppers on top and some sheets and rugs and you are set. There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the same lounge- under the TV. It's got a beige covering on it, then a white Koala sofa. So just take that covering off, then pull out the sofa and that is a double bed. Each gest will have a bath towel and there will be 4 beach towels made available at the back pool area. Just call or message your host if you have any further questions. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. The only rooms locked off are one walk in robe and a storeroom. Other things to note All linen and bath towels are provided, with at least one bath towel for each guest. We have 4 beach towels made available, in the pool area. This is a single level dwelling, for disabled access, just need to bring a small ramp for the front door, otherwise, all single level and easy to navigate.
