The space There are numerous reception rooms throughout the ground floor including sitting room, kitchen/ dining/ family room, office, and a superb orangery with pool table. The kitchen is beautifully presented in a contemporary style and finishes with a good specification, attractive worktops and a large centre island. There is also a utility room, wine store, laundry room, boot room and cloakroom. To the first floor are 4 bedrooms including a principal with an en-suite bathroom and fitted dressing room. The guest bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the remaining 2 bedrooms use a family bathroom. There is a large atrium over the landing and stairs, which is a lovely feature. In all a particularly attractive home in a breath-taking location set well back in its grounds taking full advantage of an elevated position with views across the mature gardens, lake and beyond. Guest access Guests will be able to access the whole house and garden. There is plenty of parking for guests directly in front of the house on the block paving. The garden is private and fully fenced. There is a cabin that shares the drive but this is fully fenced and does not look over the house. This is also available on seperate request. Other things to note There is a shared long driveway and electric gates. Half way up there is a cabin (which is available separately on request and is listed on airbnb as Wild Willow Cabin). Both properties have their own private fenced gardens. On the landing there is a small 5th room which is for the owners storage and a cupboard, both of which are not included. Pets may be allowed to stay but we do ask that you make this request before booking.
