11 Tan-Y-Coed Woodland Lodge

Set in peaceful and idyllic woodland and parkland setting our recently renovated cosy lodge is a perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the wonderful coastline, countryside and historical places that West Wales has to offer. The lodge has a large private outside decking area overlooking the countryside with seating and table and also an undercover area to enjoy the tranquility and beautiful wildlife. The space Spacious open lounge with 2 large sofa’s, tv and cosy log effect gas burner. Separate dining area with table and 5 chairs and extra kitchen units and a second fridge with a small freezer space. A fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, sink and drainer, fridge, microwave, kettle, pans, crockery, cutlery, etc. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed with 2 side tables with drawers and a wardrobe. A fitted electric heater is in the room to keep it warm and cosy. Bedroom 2 has a triple bunkbed with double on the bottom and single on the top. There is a wardrobe for clothes and a fitted electric heater. Bathroom has a shower unit, ceramic toilet and sink with mirror over sink and a small electric fitted heater. Lodge has been totally renovated at end of 2023 with new laminate flooring fitted throughout the lodge, new kitchen doors and units, freshly painted internal doors and feature walls, new fixtures and fittings all in keeping the lodge to encompass the feel of Mother Nature both inside and out. Guest access Guests have full access to the inside and outside areas of the lodge with exception of one room which is locked to keep hosts personal items stored in. Other things to note Please note we provide duvets, bed linen and pillows for the bedrooms. PLEASE NOTE : You will need to bring your own bathroom towels and hand towels. Bedroom 1 : 1 king size bed. Bedroom 2 : is a triple bunkbed with double on bottom and single on top. PLEASE NOTE no electric car charging is allowed at the property. The on site clubhouse has recently been refurbished and is now open on weekends and on Wednesday to Sunday (5pm to 10pm) over school summer holidays. Outside heated swimming pool has also been refurbished and is now open 7 days a week 10am to 5pm (May to mid September) PLEASE NOTE CHILDREN UNDER 16 MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. There is a small launderette room (payable) next to reception. Please do not park on the grass, there is a dedicated parking space on tarmac near lodge which is shown on photo Guests to clean and put away pots & pans, crockery and cuttlery. On departure can guests please ensure that both fridges are emptied and also to note that all rubbish is to be taken to commercial site bins at bottom of site near playground, and finally please ensure all windows and doors are locked and keys are returned to safe box and locked. If a late check out is required then this can be requested and if available a £20 charge is applicable. If guests require an extra midweek clean then this can be requested at a cost of £60 per clean only or £100 for full clean and change of bedding, change of bedding only is £50. PLEASE NOTE : Clubhouse and swimming pool is seasonal and beyond our control.
