Campsite #3 - Electric Only near Jarrod’s Place

Gravel campsite with 30/50amp electrical hook-up. Gorgeous mountain views, secluded retreat. Half mile from Jarrod’s Place Bike Park. The space Our location has 3 campsites. Two (#1 & #2) are covered and full hook-up (30/50 amp, water and Septic). Campsite #3 is uncovered electric only (30/50 amp). Owner has a private barn and retreat space attached which may be visited for owner’s recreational purposes but will not interfere with guests experience. Also, the property entrance has a short gravel steep grade. We’ve never had a 2 wheel drive vehicle get stuck, but if you feel your tow vehicle is under powered for your camper, the entry may be an issue. Message owner with any questions. Guest access Please do not venture beyond the campsite onto the trails of the property. The property beyond the campsites is for private recreational use of the owner only. Also, please be mindful of the other campers and two campsites on the property. We want everyone to have a great experience. Thank you! Specific requests: 1) don’t enter the trails or property beyond the campsite areas. Property beyond the campsite area is for Owner’s personal use only. 2) pets should be kept on leash and any deposits should be picked up. 3) please park only in front of your campsite and don’t block the barn door. If additional parking is needed, please call the owner. 4) must bring own firewood. Do not cut down any trees or limbs (alive or dead) for firewood. 5) have a great time!
