Our apartment is small but nice. It was completely renovated in 2023 and is located on the 2nd floor of a house built in 1926 in a quiet residential area in the popular World Heritage city of Quedlinburg. Shops serving everyday needs such as supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies and public transport are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance. Other things to note ATTENTION! Our sofa bed has a lying surface of max. 1.90 x 1.05 m. We are obliged to collect a tourist tax upon arrival at our property. The tourist tax is calculated according to the duration of the stay. Arrival and departure count as one day. Tourist tax is 3.00 EUR per person per day, including VAT. Various discounts and exemptions are regulated for the payment of the tourist tax: Children after the age of 6 and before the age of 18 years of age (€1.00) Severely disabled persons whose reduction in earning capacity is not only temporary at least 50% and their accompanying person ('B' in the ID card).
