The property has a private dock and firepit, and there are ATV/UTV trails right from the property! The space Sunrise Shores is situated on Whitefish Lake (part of the 28 Chain of Lakes), an extraordinary Northwoods family retreat in Three Lakes. Embark on a memorable cruise with your boat and bring your fishing rods for a bountiful panfish catch - ice fishing is also great in the winter! We have four kayaks and a pedal boat for even more family fun! There is a small decline down to the lake from the house, not very steep. The lake is swimmable, has a sandy bottom, and gets gradually deeper. Gather around the fire pit and marvel at the stars while roasting some s'mores. Located right on the ATV/UTV Trail! Snowmobile trails are only 3 miles from the home. Step inside to discover all the warmth and comforts of home. Unwind and rejuvenate in one of the four cozy bedrooms, or reconnect with friends and family in the welcoming living area featuring reclining sofas, big lake views, and a game/puzzle table. The basement game room, with poker, foosball, and ping-pong tables, offers hours of entertainment. There is a washer/dryer for your convenience. The full bathroom is on the main level, and the half bathroom is upstairs. The well-stocked full kitchen provides space to whip up delicious dishes and is equipped with everything needed for lake snacks and more. All the extras are there, including a crockpot, blender, electric fryer, griddle, regular drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee maker. There is a dining table seating 8. Summer is a perfect time for a relaxed cookout on our grill, and you can enjoy dining in the fresh Northern air. We allow up to 2 dogs for $20/day (a maximum of $120 per stay). Just select the pet option when booking your stay. Pets MUST be crated if left alone. NO EXCEPTIONS. Guests are responsible for their pets while on the property, including any damage caused by them. Location and area Sunrise Shores is less than 10 minutes to downtown Three Lakes and 20 minutes to Eagle River. The boat launch is about 1 mile away and there is a Marina on the Chain a short 3 miles away. Note that, from the launch, your boat must pass through a large culvert to reach this home. Most speed, fishing, and small pontoon boats under 20' (and that have a collapsible top) should fit through the culvert. This culvert connects Whitefish Lake to the rest of the 28 Chain of Lakes. The launch drops you off at the connection to the Chain; you only need to go through the culvert to get to the dock at the house.
